I understand that fees are important to you. Money is tight and this is an extra cost that you may not have expected. I want you to be prepared to know upfront what you can expect.
Yes there are government funded services available however, by using us you will get a mediation quickly. You will get the one on one attention you need to help you and your family reach an agreement. You will get the personal service that you need at this time and deal with the same person from start to finish.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST. Before extending an invitation to the other party to participate in a mediation a 10% deposit will need to be paid which will be deducted from the final invoice payable by you. This deposit will cover the cost of issuing a section 60I certificate should the mediation be unable to proceed.
